Rosie and Jason are a husband and wife team who have been cooking and running a restaurant together for five years now. Jason is a Red Seal Chef and Rosie takes care of all the customers. Our cuisine is varied and on our menu you will find only recipes that we have been perfecting for over twenty years. Rosie also brings her Asian Filipina influence and creates many special dishes. We roast our own organic coffee in small batches meaning it is always fresh and delicious! Our mission is to bring the customer high quality, freshly prepared gourmet food in a comfortable space with reasonable pricing. Our son Edward is our inspiration and hence the name for our new restaurant here in Cornwall. Cheers!
